We’ve been embracing change and innovation for over 35 years and have helped thousands of businesses reach exciting levels of success since 1983.
Our story has always been about helping independent retailers and local businesses thrive through marketing, and it all started with furniture. Our founder had deep roots in the furniture industry. His family’s business was furniture and his father owned and operated several stores. By watching him, he learned how to help independent retailers market themselves.

He knew exactly what was needed to generate sales and to stay solvent, and he gave his clients the marketing tools to compete with larger competitors. Along the way he figured out how to tie national furniture brands to their local retailers through exciting, engaging advertising strategies - and the original Banner Retail was born.

Over time we expanded our services and expertise to become a full suite marketing agency and evolved into what is now known as Banner Marketing. Today, we are based in beautiful Inland Northwest city of Spokane,WA and are proud to provide the best possible marketing strategies to retailers, buying groups, manufacturers, licensees, and businesses of all kinds throughout all of North America.

Steve brings to Banner over 20 years of leadership experience in the B2B Business Services space. Prior to joining Banner Steve owned a commercial printing business that was honored as one of the Top 100 Small Printers in America. His leadership experience spans a number of industries, including office product and furniture distribution as well as wireless telecom. Having led companies as large as 1,600 employees and as small as 15 the constant theme has been a relentless focus on service excellence and the client experience.

Executive Vice President, Griffiths is one of Banner Marketing's longest-tenured employees, with over 20 years of experience. Griffiths is responsible for overseeing Banner's sales, creative and operations departments. During her career with Banner Marketing, she has held a variety of supervisory and managerial roles. She has worked in sales, business development, customer service and account management.
