Steve brings to Banner over 20 years of leadership experience in the B2B Business Services space. Prior to joining Banner Steve owned a commercial printing business that was honored as one of the Top 100 Small Printers in America. His leadership experience spans a number of industries, including office product and furniture distribution as well as wireless telecom. Having led companies as large as 1,600 employees and as small as 15 the constant theme has been a relentless focus on service excellence and the client experience.

Executive Vice President, Griffiths is one of Banner Marketing's longest-tenured employees, with over 20 years of experience. Griffiths is responsible for overseeing Banner's sales, creative and operations departments. During her career with Banner Marketing, she has held a variety of supervisory and managerial roles. She has worked in sales, business development, customer service and account management.

Before branching into marketing, our founder had deep roots in the furniture industry. His family's business was furniture. His father owned and operated several stores and by watching him, he learned how to help small retailers market themselves.
He knew exactly what was needed to generate sales and to stay solvent, and he gave his retailer clients the marketing tools to compete with larger competitors. Along the way he figured out how to tie national furniture brands to their local retailers through exciting, engaging advertising strategies - and Banner Marketing was born.
The company was later renamed Banner Marketing to better describe its growing suite of services, and moved to Spokane, where it's still headquartered and continues to grow into other industries.
Today, Banner Marketing continues to stand on its founding principles while embracing new technology and evolving with the times to provide the best possible marketing strategies to retailers, buying groups, manufacturers and licensees throughout North America.
